BLAWO SAS reserves the right to cancel or restrict its access to the Website, to any or all of the Services without prior notice in the following circumstances:

1.  If we believe (in our sole discretion) that you are abusing the Website, the Services or other members or users, or when you are acting in violation of the User Agreement.
2.  When there is a legislative or legal change that limits the ability to provide access to the Website or the Services.
3.  When an event occurs outside our control that prevents us from accessing the Website or Services.

BLAWO SAS shall not be liable for any delay or breach of our obligations under the User Agreement that is caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

These Terms, together with the rules or additional conditions of sale online, constitute the entire agreement between you and BLAWO SAS for the use of the Website. In the event that any condition is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity shall in no way affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
