"Blawo private sales" are accessible on request by filling in the "Join private sales" form and after confirmation of your request. In order to confirm your admission, a member of the Blawo team will contact you and you will then be able to access all the sales prices in the "Private sales" catalogue.

The Blawo Certificate of Authenticity is a Blawo document that provides you with a guarantee, depending on the nature of the work, its provenance, the authenticity of the Artist's signature and, for certain artworks, the estimated date of creation. Artworks sent with a certificate include this mention in the description of the respective products.

Once your mind is set and your cart is filled, there is only one step left to complete your order. There are two easy ways to pay for your order:

-Pay by credit card Via Paypal: The payment system is totally secure. Your payment is directed to a secure and encrypted interface from our payment partner PAYPAL. To make your next purchases easier and pay in a few clicks, you can easily register your payment card with Paypal by creating an account. Such strictly confidential information is registered and secured with Paypal. Therefore, no record of your payment information is kept at BLAWO SAS.

-Pay by bank transfer: This option is only available for orders exceeding 3000 euros. Our bank details will be sent to you after the confirmation of your order and a follow-up phone interview.

Yes. We won't hold it against you. You have 15 days to cancel or return your order:

If your product has not yet been shipped. All you have to do is send us an order cancellation email, the order will be cancelled and you will be fully refunded within 48 hours.

If your product has already been shipped, send us an email and then you can decline the package when the delivery man arrives. As soon as the delivery company informs us of your decision, you will be fully refunded within 48 hours following the notification of return of the package by the delivery Company.

If your package has already been delivered and unpacked; if, within 15 days, for any reason, you wish to return it, we still won't hold it against you and we won't ask you any questions. All you have to do is send us an email to return the order and pack the product. You will receive a "Colissimo" label to print and stick on the package. All you will have to do is go and drop it off at a post office. You will then be refunded within 72 hours of receiving the package, for the amount of your order minus a flat rate of 10 euros for orders made in France and a flat rate of 20 euros for orders made outside France. However, if the product you received is not what you ordered, returning it is of course free of charge! You will simply have to use the Colissimo label that will be provided to you. We will gladly replace or refund your product.

Our products are shipped via La Poste Colissimo and are all insured. (Except "Private sales" and very large items).
They are carefully prepared, meticulously packed by professionals and shipped within 48 working hours after receiving your payment. You will then be provided with a tracking number so that you can be notified of each step during the shipping process.
In order for everything to go smoothly during this shipping, please make sure to give us all the information to contact you and to access your home when you fill in the online form.

What about large items or products from "private sales"?
We also work with UPS, a company specialising in this kind of transport. Such products, which are sometimes very large and have a high market value, are handled with special care. Please contact us for more information. (Only for customers to whom we granted access to private sales).
