Description
African Fang Ntumu Head, reliquary statuette 16*7″ 3,7 lbs, for your collection or home decoration. (Blst13210)
Made of high-quality wood with brass sculpted eyes, the head (Double face) relic of the Fangs Ntumu people is historic and of rich ancestry. When a Ntumu Fang person died, this reliquary was placed on their tomb to recover the power.
Years later, it is symbolic of the power of African tradition. Native to Gabon, this fetish statuette with its terse geometric lines and solidly expressive gaze evokes a meditative vibe, making it beautiful. It can be used as an object of reflection of the spirit of Africa or in museums to showcase the rich African heritage.
